While you are in London take the time to visit the HMS Belfast, a retired Royal Navy Light Cruiser. This vessel fought in World War II and was part of the British naval blockade against Germany. It was damaged during World War II.  The Belfast has since been repaired and it is now a museum permanently moored in the Thames River. You can tour this large vessel, though all nine floors. The exhibit gives you an idea of what it would have been like to live and fight on this amazing ship. You can see what it was like to bunk down in the beds, giving you a real taste of what it must have been like. There is also an interactive D-day experience and a gun turret exhibit.

This is a really fun, and education attraction to see while in London. It is full of history. For those of you who are history buffs, Naval enthusiasts or just have an interest in the HMS Belfast, we highly recommend taking in the attraction.
